Below are some brief updates on our construction and development progress as of early 2016. We’re excited to show you what we’re up to!
Black Birch Models
Our Cottage Model is well under construction. Framing is done and interior walls are being plastered. It won’t be long before this model is complete and ready for full viewing.
Our Colonial Model is framed. That means the walls are standing, but they still look a little bare!
Carriage House I and II models are in the beginning stages of framing. Work continues on these models to bring them to you as quickly as possible.
